At Soul Speak, we aim to get your conversation cards to you safely and swiftly. Please read our shipping terms below.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery nationwide across South Africa using our trusted courier partner, The Courier Guy.

2. Delivery Times

  • Gauteng: 1–2 working days

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Outlying Areas: 3–5 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, time of year, or unforeseen courier delays.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Orders over R900: FREE standard delivery

  • Orders under R900: Flat rate of R95 nationwide

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email and a tracking number once your package is dispatched.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link from The Courier Guy. You can also track your delivery directly on their website:

6. Delivery Requirements

Please ensure that:

  • Your delivery address and contact details are accurate.

  • Someone is available to receive and sign for the parcel at the delivery address during working hours.

If no one is available, The Courier Guy may attempt redelivery or contact you to reschedule.

7. Delays and Issues

We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address details, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier backlogs. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can assist.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you suspect it is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@soulspeaks.co.za with your order number and photos (if applicable).

We’ll work with The Courier Guy to resolve the issue quickly.
