Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to all provinces within South Africa. We are working to expand internationally in the future.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Orders over R900 qualify for free delivery.

  • Delivery is handled by our trusted local couriers. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.


Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Soul Speak experience. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at info@soulspeaks.co.za  with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our side (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo and description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
